How do I get enrolled into the membership?

By selecting one of the plans offered in our website (STARTER, BASIC, PRIME, GOLD), and completion of the registration process.

During the first 5 days, you will enjoy full access to the membership acquired, however, on day 5, your automatic top-up will initiate and we will charge the full price (00.00 dollars) for the membership.

How the recurrent charge of the membership works?

The recurrent charge for the membership is set to be paid every 14 days, our members plans Top-up price is [$16.00] for STARTER, [$24.00] for BASIC, [$31.00] for PRIME, [$43.50] for GOLD, including VAT (applicable EU markets), and will be deducted from selected payment method.

Can I change my membership plan?

Yes, you can always change your membership by accessing “Log in”, “My Profile”, “Upgrade Your Plan”, then you can choose your preference and click on “Update plan”

* Your recurring subscription price can be downgraded to a lower pricing model as an automatic service after sign up. If this change occurs your receipts will reflect the new subscription price.

How do I cancel my membership?

  • Log into your account, and click in “Cancel My Subscription” and confirm by clicking “Yes, Proceed”.
  • By contacting our customer support team at the email address [email protected] or livechat
  • By clicking in “Cancel Membership”, and completing the information request.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation of your membership.

* Please note that you are not able to cancel your membership within the first 24 hours while we update the registration details.

If I cancel my membership, will I receive a refund?

We do not issue refunds on the membership plan prices as you have a immediate full access to our online service.

Do I have to pay cancellation fees when cancelling my membership?

Once a user submits a request for cancellation, will have available two options:

  • Users can cancel the membership service without incurring extra fees if remain with the current membership for an extended period of thirty (30) days starting the date of the request, or
  • Users can cancel the membership service with immediate effect by paying 4,95 dollars.
